As a result of the initial findings and situation, clients choose one of the two options.

Option A
  • Unity Living develops, runs and manages on a day-to-day basis an appropriate Homeshare model for their organisation.

Option B - For organisations interested in developing and running Homeshare themselves

Unity Living gives set up support and training relevant to the day-to-day running of a Homeshare scheme utilising the team's 20+ years' hands-on experience of delivering Homeshare:
  • Legal considerations, including agreements, risk assessment and safeguarding procedures
  • Practical training on a wide range of aspects of running a scheme, including successful operational procedures
  • Customer relationship management development and training for Homeshare model
  • Marketing and sustainability advice

Unity Living also offers consultancy advice and support to existing Homeshare organisations.
